Volunteers Needed- Zoning Board of AppealsThe Town of Lincoln Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) is seeking new members for open seats on the Board. The ZBA is a land use board that interprets and applies the Town’s Zoning Bylaw. It acts on a case by case basis on requests for variances, special permits, and appeals of decisions by the Building Inspector, considering the impact on the Town and neighborhoods and the requirements of the Bylaws. The Board generally meets one evening a month. The Board has five regular members and three associate members. Volunteers Needed – PERSONNEL Board
The Town of Lincoln depends on its citizen volunteers to work together on town-wide issues and to help shape community character. The Personnel Board is looking for an active member for this Board which only meets on an as necessary basis.

Volunteers Needed Town of Lincoln Community Preservation Committee (CPC)
The Board of Selectmen seeks volunteers to fill several vacancies on the Community Preservation Committee (CPC). This is an opportunity to help your town, to learn about its historic preservation, affordable housing, open space preservation and recreational programs and initiatives, and to help determine how to most wisely invest our limited Community Preservation Act funds.
