Lincoln Rental Assistance Program

Applications are now available for the Lincoln Rental Assistance Program, a collaborative program of the Lincoln Housing Commission and the Lincoln Council on Aging & Human Services (COA&HS), funded by the Community Preservation Act. Through the program, households that pay more than 30% of their income in rent and utilities and meet income and other eligibility guidelines may apply to receive a monthly subsidy to bring their rent down to 30% of income. Households may be in the program for three years with an annual maximum subsidy of $5,000. Those wishing to apply may contact the Lincoln Council on Aging & Human Services to have an application mailed. The initial deadline for applications has passed, so new applications received will be placed on the wait list. For more information, see the Program Guidelines below or contact Natalia at the COA&HS at (781) 259-8811 or dedkovn@lincolntown.org.
